Area Operations Manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the Dallas - Fort Worth locations
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with patients and staff
• Monitor and ensure all systems in the office are operating to peak effectiveness
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting
• Train and supervise office personnel
• Maintain patient data according to company policies
• Guarantee records are securely stored
• Manage safety regulations including OSHA

Customer Support

• Schedule appointments for new and established patients while considering patient insurance, schedule templates and patient/provider preferences
• Monitor multi-channel inbound patient requests to ensure timely response and accurate resolutions
• Work with patients and insurance carriers to resolve patient billing inquiries
• Responsible for maintaining individual and departmental goals including Average Handle Time, Service Level, Abandonment Rate, Call Quality, and others
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information with a full understanding of HIPAA requirements
• Demonstrates flexibility to meet the needs of all internal and external customers including changes to workflows, work volume and work schedules
• Other duties as assigned

Patient Support Specialist

Data Analyst

• Monitor and manage assigned tickets within the Zoho queue, ensuring timely resolution of requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or implement minor enhancements in existing reports
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy prior to stakeholder review
• Generate simple, ad hoc reports based on business needs
• Support ongoing reporting and data maintenance efforts across BI tools
• Shadow senior team members on meetings and complex data projects to build technical skills

Junior Data Analyst

Accountant

• Lead the preparation and recording of complex journal entries for assets, liabilities, and expenses
• Manage the month-end close calendar to ensure all deadlines are met
• Perform comprehensive monthly reconciliations for bank statements, prepaids, fixed assets, and accruals
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements
• Conduct deep-dive reviews of financial results to identify trends
• Support the Accounts Payable function by auditing employee expense reports
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external audits
• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend improvements
