Account Executive

• Responsible for finding, developing, and owning relationships with key partnerships in assigned markets that lead to significant patient referral volume, happy partners, and well-served patients
• Conduct ongoing outreach to initiate partnerships in assigned markets
• Identify and attend key networking and community events
• Assist in content creation to drive lead generation
• Partner with Market Development Coordinators on upper funnel outreach strategies

Field Sales Representative

• Build, lead and inspire a team of Community Outreach Specialists who represent our brand in the field
• Build and refine outreach strategy—from provider targeting to territory planning and performance management
• Set and track clear metrics to drive accountability and celebrate wins (think: outreach volume, referral growth, conversion rates)
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, and Clinical) to align field efforts with broader company goals
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth
• Champion our mission by improving access to mental health services.

Field Sales Director

Customer Support

• Schedule appointments for new and established patients while considering patient insurance, schedule templates and patient/provider preferences
• Monitor multi-channel inbound patient requests to ensure timely response and accurate resolutions
• Work with patients and insurance carriers to resolve patient billing inquiries
• Responsible for maintaining individual and departmental goals including Average Handle Time, Service Level, Abandonment Rate, Call Quality, and others
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information with a full understanding of HIPAA requirements
• Demonstrates flexibility to meet the needs of all internal and external customers including changes to workflows, work volume and work schedules
• Other duties as assigned

Patient Support Specialist

Therapist

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Conduct psychotherapy across the general spectrum of mental healthcare conditions
• Help people define goals and gain insights through personalized care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for care coordination
• Provide crisis intervention if needed

Field Engineer

• Performing IT site due diligences to identify needs for new offices and newly acquired businesses
• Design IT build-out strategies for new office locations, including leading technical site project plans
• Manage and coordinate technical vendors for onsite technical work, including cabling, network & infrastructure implementations
• Collaborating with Denovo, Implementation, and Acquisitions teams to identify equipment needs, create delivery timelines, and manage end-user, office, and network equipment installations for offices nationally
• Hands-on equipment installations
• Resolve onsite technical support issues for small to medium sized medical practice offices
• Perform end-user training on business systems and equipment as needed
• When not in the field, perform other IT related duties as directed by IT Leadership including working standard helpdesk tickets
• Position may involve up to 60% travel in Texas (Dallas, Austin, Houston area)
