  • Conduct quick, impactful phone screens to qualify candidates.
  • Hand off warm, qualified candidates to HR and hiring managers with clear insights.
  • Stay market-savvy and share intelligence to sharpen sourcing strategies.
  • Reduce reliance on agencies, speed up hiring, and strengthen talent brand.

Requirements
