- Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven recruiter to join our AI Practice Area. This role is dedicated to sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier AI Consultants for our clients.
- Sourcing AI Candidates: Utilize our database, job boards, networking platforms, and referrals to identify and attract highly qualified AI professionals.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AI talent, including AI Consultants, and AI specialists in emerging technologies.
- Qualifying Candidates: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
- Negotiating Compensation: Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and client needs.
- Candidate Management: Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction in their roles.
- Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online recruiting tools and strategies to effectively source and engage potential candidates.
- Market Awareness: Stay current on AI trends, tools, and talent landscapes to effectively position opportunities and engage top talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, ideally within AI, data science, or emerging technology domains
- Experience working in the staffing industry
- Familiarity with AI concepts and the ability to speak confidently with senior-level consultants and technical experts
- Strong understanding of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone outreach and relationship management
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, KPI-driven environment
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and placements simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
