Account Executive

• Focus exclusively on growing Fortune 100 accounts by identifying opportunities across multiple business units and departments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement
• Utilize various outreach methods to connect with decision-makers and introduce staffing solutions
• Maintain a high volume of outbound communication, including phone calls and emails, to engage potential clients and nurture relationships

• Discuss and negotiate rates and contract terms with clients
• Collaborate with VP of Sales and team to develop and refine sales tactics and strategy
• Stay informed about market trends and hiring needs to tailor outreach efforts
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and lead conversion metrics to management
• Travel 25–50% for on-site client visits within the Boston–New York corridor

• Rapidly test and prototype solutions using low-code/no-code tools and GPT-based workflows
• Evaluate third-party HR tech and sales platforms (CRM, ATS, sourcing, automation, and analytics tools) alongside AI-first vendors and make clear build vs. buy recommendations
• Lead tool rollouts, including training, adoption, and change management
• Continually assess and streamline current processes to increase efficiency as new tools are introduced
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and manage delivery with internal/external teams
• Track ROI and adoption to prove business impact
• Build playbooks and scale successful AI use cases across other business units
• Drive measurable improvement in sales and recruiting KPIs and deliver tangible financial outcomes

• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AI talent, including AI Consultants, and AI specialists in emerging technologies.
• Qualifying Candidates: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.
• Negotiating Compensation: Discuss and negotiate pay rates and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with both candidate expectations and client needs.
• Candidate Management: Provide ongoing support to candidates after placement, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction in their roles.
• Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online recruiting tools and strategies to effectively source and engage potential candidates.
