  • Deliver clear reports with context to help clients build credibility with their boss
  • Break down silos and drive cross-department collaboration
  • Share insights internally to improve agency performance
  • Anticipate and address churn risks
  • Track KPIs, manage renewals, and expand scopes to maximize client success
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell
  • Partner with leadership to eliminate waste and streamline workflows
  • Continuously optimize delivery to maintain agency margins
  • Champion initiatives that improve collaboration and keep Silverback ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • Agency Experience: experience in performance marketing; Paid Media or SEO background is a plus
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Proven client-facing experience with strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
  • Data Fluency: turn Google Analytics and CRM data into actionable strategies
  • Project & Time Management: run a clean calendar and manage competing priorities
  • Results Mindset: measure success by business outcomes; comfortable with LTV, CAC, and profit margin
  • Adaptability & Growth: receptive to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Poised Under Pressure: composed when stakes are high; strong problem-diagnosis skills
