About the role

  • Support the ShipBob SFN Partner Relationship team with data and research to better support the merchant and SFN experience.
  • Manage all SFN communications through alignment with stakeholder and managing the Jira ticket request que.
  • Collaborate with the B2B team on all B2B Quality Issue communications to be sent to the SFN Partner.
  • Manager ShipBob Supplier Corrective Action requests for SFN Partner sites that are not executing to process.
  • Utilize PowerBi to collect needed information for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Manage the SFN Lost and Damaged Goods Claim communications process and the sending out of the claims.
  • Manage IT equipment procurement and warranty information for new SFN Partner pre-implementations.
  • Own the SFN Partner Relationship Jira escalation ticketing process and manage the timelines of completion for the team and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the SFN Partner Certificate of Insurance portal and outreach to SFN Partners.
  • Manage corrugate and packaging material procurement for new SFN Partner pre-implementation.
  • Support SFN Partner Relationship Manager with new SFN Partner pre-implementations which actions such as but not limited to corrugate sourcing, IT equipment procurement, and FMS creation through Monday.com
  • Manage new assigned projects to the SFN Partner Relationship team which includes all timelines, updates, and any extensions.
  • Comply to all food safety and compliance policies and regulations.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in operations or business, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a partner management, business development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of maintaining and expanding business through communications and time management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and build consensus.
  • A positive, energetic, “startup mentality” – a desire and willingness to do what it takes to help our company knock our goals out of the park.
  • The ability to travel domestically with potential for global travel. The expected travel for this role can be up to 25% travel. All travel requirements are subject to change per the needs of the business.
