About the role

  • We are seeking a dedicated HR Professional to join our team onsite. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to managing HR functions. The HR Professional will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and supporting company culture.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and shift scheduling.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in HR roles (recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Friday).
