We are seeking a dedicated HR Professional to join our team onsite. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to managing HR functions. The HR Professional will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and supporting company culture.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and shift scheduling.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of proven experience in HR roles (recruitment, employee relations, or HR operations).
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work the night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Friday).
