Facilitate onboarding activities including documentation, induction sessions, and system access setup; Coordinate offboarding processes, ensuring smooth exits and completion of clearance procedures; Assist in performance management cycle activities (goal tracking, appraisal coordination, data management); Maintain and update HR records, files, and employee databases; Support HR policies and process compliance across departments; Assist in employee engagement and internal communication initiatives; Provide administrative support for daily HR operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply); Good communication and interpersonal skills; Basic understanding of HR operations and policies is a plus; Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
