About the role
- Define and maintain product vision and strategy for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, TPSM, GRC)
- Develop and manage prioritized product backlog and roadmap
- Elicit and synthesize requirements from customers, sales, and services teams
- Serve as primary point of contact for product-related inquiries
- Collaborate with product development team to define and refine product releases using Agile
- Host and facilitate quarterly product release planning events
- Maintain continuous feedback loop between development, stakeholders, and customers
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to develop messaging, demos, and adoption resources
- Support training and change management to drive platform adoption
Requirements
- 5–7 years in product management, preferably with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable product features
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow Agile Board)
- Experience with ServiceNow modules and platform configuration is a plus
- Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion
- Basic experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum
- Basic ability to identify, document, and manage technical needs and specifications
- Basic competence in tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or DevOps
- Basic experience in market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer feedback
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD) are a plus
