About the role
- Architect and propose scalable ServiceNow solutions in alignment with client objectives and ServiceNow's product roadmap
- Implement and configure advanced ServiceNow Pro modules such as ITSM Pro, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITOM Discovery, and ITBM Pro
- Build custom applications, workflows, integrations, and scripts using JavaScript, Jelly, and ServiceNow’s APIs
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Automated Testing Framework (ATF) across enhancement and project efforts
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into Agile user stories and epics
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and drive backlog grooming and delivery
- Interface with business and IT stakeholders to provide strategic guidance, status updates, and ensure solution adoption
- Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications (preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- 8–10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and consulting
- Proven experience working on Agile teams and managing technical delivery
- Core ServiceNow Expertise: ITSM Pro, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITOM Discovery, IntegrationHub Pro, ITBM Pro (Project Management)
- ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF) experience
- Technical Skills: JavaScript, Jelly scripting, REST/SOAP API integration, Data modeling, CMDB, platform configuration
- Functional Expertise: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Business analysis and process consulting
- Agile methodology and toolchains
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership in mixed resource teams
- Client-facing consulting experience
