About the role
- Lead design, development, and customization of ServiceNow modules to enable and scale enterprise initiatives
- Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other technologies
- Customize ServiceNow modules, including form configuration, UI design, and data models; develop workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts
- Build and maintain advanced flows using Flow Designer and Automation Engine
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences—from technical teams to C-suite executives—to: Define platform and integration requirements, Translate business objectives into technical solutions, Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress or risks
- Lead customer-facing sessions, discovery workshops, and status briefings
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver user training sessions or supporting materials for business users and technical teams. Maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and platform development
- 5+ years of strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and flow building
- Expert knowledge of Core Services/SMP (Service Management Platform) ITSM & DEVOPS
- JavaScript, GlideScript, and scripting tools within the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience with custom development and digital transformation projects
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable presenting to both engineering and executive stakeholders
- Masters degree in a relevant field is required
- U.S. Citizenship is required to be considered Active Public Trust or have the ability to obtain one
