About the role
- Lead design workshops and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions
- Define architecture standards, integration strategies, and governance models
- Oversee technical delivery, reviewing solution designs and ensuring compliance with best practices
- Serve as the primary technical authority and advisor to client stakeholders and executives
- Mentor developers, admins, and consultants across delivery teams
- Create technical roadmaps for platform adoption, upgrades, and new module rollouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, enterprise-grade solutions
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and at least two CIS certifications (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large, complex environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security, and platform scalability
- Experience engaging directly with senior stakeholders to explain technical trade-offs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
