• Help create and refine content for our library of training, our LMS, and coaching resources
• Deliver top-quality skills-building and informational in-person and virtual training to staff
• Collect, synthesize, and act on feedback from staff being trained to continually improve your skills and our Training Department
• Find training solutions to staff challenges and opportunities based on data and anecdotal reports
• Report to and be a thought partner to the Training team to create training content, facilitate live and virtual training, and coach or problem-solve with staff

Training Associate

Director

• Responsible for managing a variety of voter registration and canvassing programs in 2026.
• Directly manage all members of the project team, including Operations Directors, Regional Directors, Canvass Managers, and Operations Associates.
• Develop high-quality, innovative programs for a broad, diverse set of clients and partners.
• Report directly to the National Program Directors.
• Lead, coach, and manage the day-to-day activities of the project team.
• Cultivate an inclusive culture that fosters learning and professional growth for every team member.
• Supervise the planning, execution, and performance of each project.
• Maintain close communication and engagement with client stakeholders in partnership with RFS leadership.
• Ensure adherence to reporting and accountability protocols, delivering up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership.
• Travel to and remain on site for the duration of assigned projects to provide in-person management to project team.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
