About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and build reports and tools for the Revolution Field Strategies team as well as key stakeholders in line with key programmatic priorities.
- Administer and maintain the organization's REACH instance, including user management, access permissions, and campaign configuration.
- Create and maintain data standards to ensure data capture and hygiene
- Develop and present REACH training materials to the Organizing Team in statewide, small group and one-on-one settings
- Respond to data support requests and flags
- Support other members of the Data Team to complete projects as necessary
- Responsible for managing data associates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Minimum of 2 years working in the paid field work space or 2 campaign cycles
- Must possess a computer with at least 8 gigabytes of ram, 32 gigabytes recommended.
- Familiarity with digital campaign tools (Slack, Google Suite, NGP VAN, etc.)
- Experience using REACH
- Experience working with large datasets, including standardizing and analyzing
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Proficiency in SQL
- Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends
