About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the planning, implementation, and performance of the Relational Engagement Programs, focusing on quality contacts, and efficient scaling.
- Day-to-day collaboration with Revolution's national leadership and staff to provide direct feedback, lessons, and suggestions on program implementation, and make on-the-fly changes as needed.
- Maintain close communication and engagement with client stakeholders in partnership with RFS leadership.
- Ensure adherence to reporting and accountability protocols, delivering up-to-date, actionable data and information to project leadership.
- Travel to and remain on site for the duration of assigned projects to provide in-person management to project team.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in organizing, with at least one cycle of demonstrated experience in a program with a strong relational emphasis; 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a campaign, advocacy, or organizing environment.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends.
- Must possess a cell phone and laptop.
- Must have ready access to personal transportation and will be required to provide proof of driver's insurance.
- Must be able to travel and/or relocate to project locations across the country on short notice; travel, lodging, and other related expenses are provided by RFS.
