Operations

• Support day-to-day funding operations, including assisting in borrowings/repayments, waterfalls, and facility reporting.
• Ensure custodian holdings are accurate and in line with internal book of records, including investigating and resolving breaks in a timely manner.

• Meet and develop relationships with prospective borrowers to source new origination opportunities.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis used to support the underwriting of Setpoint’s potential investment opportunities.

• Assess the performance of existing investments, including both the collateral as well as the operating company.

Analytics Engineer

• Own end-to-end implementations for the data products for our external customers
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics models using Python, DBT, and SQL.
• Create and manage dashboards in our external and internal analytics products so stakeholders have actionable insights.
• Prototype new data products to add to our product suite
• Collaborate with engineering to drive the roadmap for the data products
• Use GitHub-based workflows to maintain clean, version-controlled analytics code.

Performance Marketing

• Own pipeline-driving programs. Plan and run multi-channel campaigns—events, paid, outbound, and ABM—that generate qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Turn events into revenue opportunities. Manage event and conference strategy end to end: sourcing attendee lists, coordinating outreach with sales, managing logistics, and tracking results.
• Fuel smarter outbound. Use tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, and RocketReach to enrich data, segment accounts, and enable more targeted outreach.
• Run paid and digital campaigns. Manage LinkedIn, website, and paid ads to build awareness, drive conversions, and measure performance.
• Partner across GTM. Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to align programs with revenue goals, optimize follow-up, and report on pipeline impact.

Demand Generation Specialist

Accountant

• Complete monthly and quarterly end-to-end accounting processes, including cash reconciliations, transaction recording, reviewing interest calculations, invoicing and fund-level reporting
• Coordinate with fund administrators, banking partners, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure accurate reporting and timely tax filings
• Partner with the Director of Fund Accounting to execute Setpoint’s month-end close process and prepare financial statements
• Collaborate with Setpoint’s Funding Operations team to ensure timely and accurate reporting across deals and entities
• Assist the Director of Fund Accounting in working with Setpoint’s Engineering and Product teams to design software features that streamline and improve funding and accounting workflows

Fund Accountant

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment between financial goals and day-to-day execution.
• Drive financial visibility by owning reporting, forecasting, KPI setting, and board-ready communications.
• Lead strategic projects that require both financial rigor and operational follow-through — from building models to coordinating implementation across teams.
• Step into critical gaps in company operations: streamline processes, improve internal systems, and ensure execution on key initiatives.
• Act as a force multiplier for leadership by tackling high-priority projects (strategic finance, operations, or special projects) and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Site Reliability Engineer

• Build and own the testing infrastructure that ensures reliability across reports, core code, and customer data inputs
• Define and lead Setpoint’s testing strategy, establishing standards and best practices to ensure reliability across the stack
