• Support day-to-day funding operations, including assisting in borrowings/repayments, waterfalls, and facility reporting.
• Ensure custodian holdings are accurate and in line with internal book of records, including investigating and resolving breaks in a timely manner.
• Oversee proper delivery and processing of electronic and physical documents at custodian vaults.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs to track performance.
• Partner with finance, product, and operations teams to streamline processes and create scalable solutions.

• Own the DataOS product roadmap, providing leverage to Engineering and effectively prioritizing work that generates the highest value for the business and aligns with company-wide initiatives
• Work closely with Engineering, Ops/Fulfillment and Client Success internal teams to onboard new clients to the DataOS platform, identifying and implementing process improvements to scale implementations
• Collaborate with Setpoint Co-Founders and VP of Product to expand TAM across asset classes and customer segments by extending core capabilities, building AI-enhanced tools for Fulfillment partners and contributing to GTM efforts that accelerate adoption

• Own the accuracy and timely delivery of client reporting and calculations using Setpoint’s Capital OS product across asset classes.
• Parse legal agreements and translate requirements into clear operational rules for Product and Engineering.
• Manage operational processes to onboard and support software and professional services clients, coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Legal.
• Be the client-facing point of contact to resolve reporting discrepancies, calculation questions, and disputes quickly and clearly.
• Support professional services work streams such as calculation agent/paying agent activities, new facility consulting, and backup servicer readiness.
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal product and process communications.
• Act as an owner - you are trusted to provide value added services to our clients and need to have a zero defect mentality.

Professional Services Manager

• Own full-stack features end-to-end: from design to deployment, ensuring they solve customer needs and drive business value.
• Build systems that streamline the parsing, standardization, and movement of complex financial data.
• Deliver client-facing and high-impact features, including responsible use of AI/LLM technologies to automate workflows while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Leadership to shape our roadmap, working directly with your Tech Lead and having access to the C-Suite.
• Invest in developer experience: build and refine dev tools that keep the team productive and velocity high.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, validate client expectations, and ensure impactful delivery.
