About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Transform originator underwriting guidelines into programmatic review templates using advanced Excel modeling
- Design and maintain automated validation systems for client-specific lending criteria
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate guidelines into Setpoint's platform
- Support rated and non-rated securitization reporting initiatives
- Create and update reports for portfolio analysis and client reviews
- Work directly with clients to implement guideline updates and maintain accuracy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial services or related field
- Expert-level Excel skills with demonstrated ability to create complex models
- Strong analytical mindset and proven problem-solving abilities
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- A bias toward action, including the ability to push projects forward with minimal supervision, and bring an ownership mentality to their work
- Willingness to work from our South Jordan office
