Support enforcement actions and special situations
Partner cross-functionally on deal execution
Ensure accurate data capture in internal systems
Coordinate technology onboarding for new facilities

Identify operational risks and drive improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of experience in operations, structured finance, credit, or asset management
Experience in real estate finance or specialty lending strongly preferred
Familiarity with credit facility mechanics
Strong Excel skills; comfort with data and reporting tools
Ability to independently manage multiple complex workflows under tight deadlines
Clear, concise communicator
High judgment with limited oversight in ambiguous situations
Experience in a high-growth environment strongly preferred
