About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with the General Counsel, Head of Sales and SVP of Growth to oversee all legal aspects of customer documentation and capital markets technology products
- Draft and negotiate SaaS and other customer agreements
- Review and negotiate documentation in connection with our technology platform services and our Capital Solutions team
- Keep up to speed with industry trends and legal and regulatory market changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of experience drafting and negotiating a variety of capital markets and finance agreements and related documentation, including asset backed facilities.
- Fintech experience is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize appropriately, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- JD degree from a top tier law school, admission to the New York bar in good standing
- Flexible, positive, and team oriented approach to work
