Key Account Manager

Performance Marketing

• Google Ads ownership: You take full responsibility for the strategic planning, management and optimization of our Google Ads campaigns (PMax, Search, Shopping, YouTube) with a seven-figure annual budget.
• Scaling & growth: You continuously analyze performance using relevant KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CVR), identify scaling opportunities and implement them independently.
• Search-term clustering, creative testing and bidding strategies are part of your daily toolkit.
• Local performance marketing: You develop and refine our strategy for hyper-local campaigns to target our nationwide presence at city level (e.g., “pest control Berlin”).
• Channel expansion: You are responsible for growing our Microsoft Ads account and systematically evaluate additional channels (e.g., Meta Ads, Native Advertising) to diversify our marketing mix.
• Analysis & reporting: You produce insightful analyses and reports using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker/Tableau. You translate data-driven findings directly into concrete recommendations for the team and executive management.
• Team & projects: You contribute your expertise to cross-functional projects (e.g., SEO, landing-page concepts, PR) and actively help shape the overall marketing strategy.

Performance Marketing Manager – SEA, Google Ads

Performance Marketing Manager – AI, Growth

• Bearbeitung von Aufträgen unserer B2B-Kunden wie Hausverwaltungen, Hotels, Versicherungen, Pflegeeinrichtungen und Restaurants.
• Koordination zwischen Kunden , deren Endkunden (z. B. Mieter) und unseren Dienstleistern, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.
• Erstellung und Verwaltung von Rechnungen sowie Vorbereitung der Unterlagen für unsere externe Buchhaltung.
• Pflege der Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System (HubSpot) und in internen Tools.
• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Unterstützung bei der Klärung von offenen Posten.
• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Prozesse und Strukturen im B2B-Bereich.
• Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten zur Unterstützung des B2B-Teams.

• Betreuung und Optimierung von Google Ads-Kampagnen (PMax, Search, Shopping, YouTube) mit siebenstelligem Jahresbudget und Durchführung von KI-gestützten Experimenten
• Analyse der Kampagnenperformance (CPA, ROAS, CVR) und Identifikation von Wachstumschancen
• Übersetzung datenbasierter Erkenntnisse in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für das Team
• Diversifizierung des Marketing-Portfolios inklusive Weiterentwicklung des Microsoft Ads Accounts und systematischem Aufbau neuer Kanäle
• Erstellung aussagekräftiger Analysen und Reportings mit Tools wie Google Analytics (GA4) und Looker/Tableau und „Storytelling“ der Daten
• Zusammenarbeit in einem vierköpfigen Marketing-Team und Einbringung von Know-how in teamübergreifende Projekte
• Übernahme von zeitlich begrenzten Projekten oder Verantwortlichkeiten außerhalb des Paid-Marketings
