About the role

  • Handling orders from our B2B clients such as property management companies, hotels, insurance companies, care facilities, and restaurants
  • Coordinating between clients, their end customers (e.g., tenants), and our service providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Creating and managing invoices and preparing documentation for our external accounting
  • Maintaining customer data in our CRM (HubSpot) and internal tools
  • Handling customer inquiries and assisting with resolving outstanding items
  • Contributing to the development of new processes and structures in the B2B area
  • General administrative tasks to support the B2B team.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
  • Some professional experience in a commercial/administrative role or as an office clerk, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency with Office programs (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage
  • Reliable and structured working style with a high level of care and attention to detail
  • Affinity for numbers and experience handling invoices and orders
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Self-initiative and willingness to contribute in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken.
