Client Services Representative

• Own and nurture client relationships at both decision-maker and administrative levels across Sequoia’s key accounts
• Guide strategic analysis of retirement plans to support client goals and compliance
• Collaborate with MEP vendors and other third parties to ensure seamless service delivery
• Lead 401(k) participant education meetings to promote financial wellness and engagement
• Troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues, including payroll remittance challenges
• Provide timely, thoughtful support for participant questions and account concerns
• Assist in the execution and validation of annual compliance testing (e.g., ADP/ACP, top-heavy coverage) to maintain plan integrity
• Maintain and update plan documents to reflect regulatory changes and client amendments
• Monitor plan operations for compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations

Marketing Analyst

• Conduct market and competitive research to support Sequoia’s GTM strategy and SAM (Sequoia Addressable Market) analysis.
• Analyze dashboards and reports from Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools—focusing on interpretation rather than building new dashboards.
• Evaluate performance across the full marketing funnel, including lead volume, velocity, and conversion across every stage.
• Assess what happens after a lead is created, identifying leakage, bottlenecks, and acceleration opportunities.
• Communicate clearly and consistently what’s working and what’s not across campaigns, channels, programs, and BA (Business Advisor) follow‑up.
• Analyze ROI of marketing programs, identify touch patterns that correlate with closed‑won outcomes, and highlight where marketing-sourced leads get stuck in pipeline.
• Partner cross‑functionally with demand generation, BA leadership, marketing technology, and product marketing to align funnel insights with GTM strategy.

• Analyze CRM opportunity data to identify win/loss drivers, competitive patterns, and persona-level insights.
• Conduct sales collateral adherence and adoption analysis to assess utilization, effectiveness, and gaps across the field.

• Play a critical role in supporting operations by handling key client tasks, delivering efficient workflows, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the success of our mid-enterprise group markets.
• Focus on non-client-facing duties, involving handling policy documentation, managing client records, and supporting client service deliverables.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on impactful client deliverables and play an essential role in our benefits renewal cycle.
• Monitor competitors and market positioning to inform strategic initiatives.
• Work directly with our insurance carrier partners to ensure accurate policy issuance and updates.
• Process, organize, and maintain client files, policy documents, and claims data.
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of client and policy records.
• Generate reports on policy renewals, claims status, and other metrics.
• Monitor policy renewals and assist in the collection of renewals.
• Manage and organize client documentation, records, and databases.
• Process and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit RFP’s and manage RFP responses.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Enter, update, and maintain records in spreadsheets or databases.

Market Analyst

Support Engineer

• Work the IT support queue and provide Tier 1 - 2 support to both onsite and remote users.
• Own org-wide IT asset procurement, distribution, and logistics.
• Assist managing company spend for endpoints, hardware, and other equipment.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, multifunction printers, smart phones, tablets, and IT related hardware/software.
• Software duties include installing, upgrading, and maintaining a suite of software for Windows OS and MacOS systems.
• Perform Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration such as account creation, account removal, maintenance, and policies.
• New hire deployments, laptop imaging and setup including network/email accounts and computer hardware.
• Provide SaaS telephony and mobile device configuration and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update documentation (procedures, diagrams, inventory, and knowledge articles).
• Lots of opportunities for challenging projects and deployment of new tech.
• May require occasional work on weekends and/or holidays.
• Occasional travel between Bay Area and New York office locations.

• Process mock payrolls to ensure accurate data output
• Maintain payroll data (client and employee level)
• Interface with internal team members to assist with inquires, projects and problem resolution
• Work with various vendors (time and attendance, payroll/HRIS)
• Maintain and create document process workflows
• Represent Sequoia’s client service commandments to come through for our clients at all times
• Report back to management team on program implementations, and status of defined accountability metrics
• Supporting the broader payroll team with back end operational functions as well as the administration of garnishments including communicating with various agencies
