Establish and reinforce recruitment/interview best practices; deliver enablement and training to hiring teams across time zones for consistency and excellence
Support and improve talent management processes to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition and an outstanding global people experience

Requirements
7+ years as a full-cycle Recruiter in both large and mid-sized tech startups, including 2+ years leading and developing global recruiting teams

Talent Partner: Independently runs end-to-end searches, provides strategic guidance to managers, and coaches teams on best practices to deliver timely, high-quality hires
