About the role

  • Own the recruiting strategy and lifecycle, coaching and developing a distributed team while optimizing sourcing, assessment, and offer processes in a high-growth, innovative environment
  • Lead a global recruiting team: set goals, coach performance, and elevate execution
  • Act as a player coach, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, and top-of-funnel generation to signed offers
  • Partner with hiring managers globally to identify team needs, define role scopes, and develop regionally-nuanced candidate profiles
  • Serve as a hiring advisor, guiding teams and candidates throughout the process while providing strategic insights to ensure best fit and a seamless, global experience
  • Create and maintain a global recruitment playbook; track and analyze hiring metrics by region to standardize processes, enhance stakeholder experiences, and scale efficiently
  • Establish and reinforce recruitment/interview best practices; deliver enablement and training to hiring teams across time zones for consistency and excellence
  • Support and improve talent management processes to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition and an outstanding global people experience
  • Oversee onboarding and key talent initiatives and amplify employer brand
  • Refine data-driven hiring strategies at scale and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate-to-employee experience

Requirements

  • 7+ years as a full-cycle Recruiter in both large and mid-sized tech startups, including 2+ years leading and developing global recruiting teams
  • Global Hunter: Creative, data-driven sourcer with a track record of engaging and hiring passive talent
  • Talent Partner: Independently runs end-to-end searches, provides strategic guidance to managers, and coaches teams on best practices to deliver timely, high-quality hires
  • Multitasking Pro: Thrives in fast-paced environments, expertly managing multiple global roles in parallel while maintaining speed, quality, and strategic focus
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clear, persuasive communicator who aligns stakeholders across time zones, builds consensus, and drives confident hiring decisions
  • Process-Oriented & Analytical: Highly organized and detail-oriented; optimizes workflows and leverages data and ATS/CRM tools to improve efficiency and outcomes at global scale
