About the role

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for Core (corporate functions) teams across AMER
  • Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
  • Partner closely with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress back to the business
  • Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance and others to scale hiring across Stripe
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels
  • Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve recruitment processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
  • High agency; can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization; thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
  • An active and data driven approach to problem solving; ability to interpret trends and use insights to improve processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms (preferred)
  • Experience leveraging sourcing and CRM tools (e.g., Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter) to build and manage talent pipelines (preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools to drive data-informed hiring strategies (preferred)
  • Familiarity with scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools (e.g., GoodTime, Slack, G Suite) (preferred)
  • Ability to quickly adopt new recruiting technologies and optimize workflows for scale (preferred)
