Develop and implement strategies for increased performance, revenue achievement, staff development, and data analysis
Serve as an active member of the leadership team and coordinate across the company to enhance operational infrastructure
Develop and execute portfolio work strategies including scoring and segmentation, dialer campaigns, and letter strategies
Establish and monitor performance metrics and quality control standards
Utilize analytics and KPIs to monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
Ensure collections activities comply with FDCPA, state regulations, UDAAP, GLBA, FCRA, and other applicable laws
Requirements
Proven track record of growing and leading Financial Service Receivable Collections (post charge off collections of credit cards, installment loans, judgments, and DDA)
Management experience in financial service collections (credit card, banking, credit union, fintech, or debt buyers)
Ability to utilize analytics and KPIs to monitor operational performance and implement strategic solutions
Knowledge of FDCPA, state regulations, UDAAP, GLBA, FCRA and other applicable laws for collections
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present and interact with managers and clients
Leadership skills and staff development experience
