Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and implement strategies for increased performance, revenue achievement, staff development, and data analysis
• Serve as an active member of the leadership team and coordinate across the company to enhance operational infrastructure
• Develop and execute portfolio work strategies including scoring and segmentation, dialer campaigns, and letter strategies
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and quality control standards
• Utilize analytics and KPIs to monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
• Ensure collections activities comply with FDCPA, state regulations, UDAAP, GLBA, FCRA, and other applicable laws
