Business Development Rep

Business Development Representative

Sales

• Own the Americas sales strategy and execution to achieve and exceed new logo and expansion ARR, bookings, and pipeline goals across target segments and industries.
• Translate company strategy into clear sales objectives, coverage models, and go-to-market plays for the Americas region.
• Partner with Revenue Operations on annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, quota and capacity planning, segmentation, and incentive alignment.

• Lead the definition and communication of a clear UX vision and multi-release experience roadmap for critical areas of the Seeq product, aligning teams around north-star experiences that simplify complex analytics and AI.
• Drive a user-centered approach to product decisions by partnering with product managers, engineers, and analytics stakeholders to plan and execute research, synthesize insights, and define experience success metrics.
• Own end-to-end experiences that transform our full-featured calculation engine—capable of executing complex math and machine learning algorithms on streaming time series data—into effortless, trustworthy workflows for users.
• Ensure customers experience Seeq as a unified product rather than a patchwork of features by championing coherent interaction patterns, information architecture, and visual systems across product areas.
• Elevate the UX practice by modeling best-in-class craft in research, interaction, and visual design; leading critiques and design reviews; mentoring designers; and helping the team move from reactive “just-in-time” work to proactive, strategic problem framing.
• Lead the design of AI-powered and GenAI-enabled workflows, defining how AI is surfaced, explained, and trusted in the product, and ensuring that human-in-the-loop interactions feel intuitive and insight-led.
• Co-create with Product leadership compelling narratives and artifacts (e.g., “art of the possible” experiences, executive-ready flows and demos) that shape roadmaps, support top-down selling, and help customers understand what’s possible with Seeq.
• From ideation through multiple releases, be accountable for driving high-quality UX outcomes—ensuring design intent is carried through implementation, using data and feedback to iterate, and continually raising the bar for experience quality.

Principal UX Designer

Marketing

• Develop and implement comprehensive ABM/ABX strategies tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with Seeq’s overall business objectives and focusing on key industry verticals such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, etc.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts based on value, fit, and engagement signals, leveraging insights from data analytics and market research.
• Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver personalized content and messaging to key stakeholders within target accounts, enhancing engagement and driving conversion.
• Launch and host webinars to drive engagement within Seeq’s target prospect accounts

Global ABX Marketing Manager

• Lead workflow discovery for a strategic product initiative, starting with batch analytics, to understand how work moves across roles, systems, and time horizons.
• Conduct and synthesize contextual research with customers and internal partners to uncover handoffs, bottlenecks, workarounds, and unmet needs.
• Translate insights into practical artifacts—such as journey maps, service blueprints, and future-state flows—that help Product and Engineering make better scope and design decisions.

• The **AI Applications Engineer** designs, builds, and delivers production-grade **agentic AI solutions** on the Seeq platform to accelerate time-to-value for process manufacturers (O&G, Chemicals, Pharma, Power, Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage, Semiconductor, and related industries).
• This role pairs the customer-facing solution engineering responsibilities of an Applications Engineer with deeper software engineering skills focused on building, extending, and operationalizing **custom AI agents that interface with Agent Q**, Seeq’s advanced agentic AI Analyst, along with **Agent Builder**, **Document Access**, and **Agent Extensibility** capabilities.
• The AI Applications Engineer leads end-to-end **Seeq Intelligence implementations** — from use case discovery and solution architecture, through Python-based agent and Skill development, to enablement and lifecycle ownership.
• Typical solution patterns include anomaly-to-action workflows that integrate with Industrial Software technologies (historian, CMMS, APM, etc), Microsoft Copilot integrations, AI-generated operational reporting, and customer internal documentation and SME knowledge.
• Seeq builds advanced analytics and decision intelligence software for industrial process data and operates as a remote-first company with a strong culture of collaboration and iteration.

• This role is focused on helping Seeq’s global Technical Support organization scale its effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
• You will build AI agents, workflows, and process automations that help make our world-class support team even more capable as we continue to grow our customer and user base.
• Build operations intelligence workflows that help Seeq’s Technical Support team act earlier, faster, and with better judgment.
• Work closely with Technical Support Engineers, Support leadership, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to understand how support works across regions, time zones, and escalation paths, then turn those insights into systems that improve the operation.
• Design and implement workflows that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and accelerate high-value support work across ticket triage, routing, knowledge retrieval, escalation preparation, case summarization, data gathering, and root-cause-oriented investigation.

• You will lead the evolution of Seeq’s frontend system, improving component quality, consistency, usability, and developer experience across the product.
• You will work closely with our UX, Product, and Engineering teams to understand needs, set priorities, and craft reusable frontend foundations that raise the quality of the product.
• You understand that great interface work starts with understanding how people actually work. You think about workflows, not just pixels, and you know how to design systems that support analysis, monitoring, triage, configuration, collaboration, and decision-making in complex, data-rich software.
• This role goes beyond small UI primitives. You will help shape foundational components, higher-order blocks, page-level templates, and reusable application patterns that support real user workflows.
• You are thoughtful about how AI is changing product interfaces and how a frontend system should evolve to stay useful, elegant, and effective.
• You know how to leverage the best of the open-source ecosystem rather than building everything from scratch. You can leverage systems like shadcn/ui and other modern component foundations with taste and judgment, extending and adapting them where needed to fit Seeq’s product, standards, and workflows.

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Seeq's customer-facing platform capabilities, defining the go-forward narrative for how Seeq meets our customers' needs at enterprise scale. Set outcome-based priorities & make tradeoffs that align with our business objectives. Communicate a compelling "why" behind every roadmap decision.
• Champion enterprise readiness. Craft roadmap plans that communicate and deliver on enterprise readiness, balancing easy-to-configure, easy-to-maintain controls with comprehensive guardrails. Identify and prioritize capabilities that address the governance, compliance, and tenant administration needs of large enterprise customers.
• Be the voice of the enterprise buyer. Engage directly with CIOs, CISOs, IT leaders, and tenant administrators at high-value customers to understand their governance, security, and operational requirements. Partner with field teams to validate platform capabilities and represent Seeq's enterprise direction.
• Raise the bar on platform quality. Partner with design & engineering to deliver platform capabilities that are secure, scalable, and operationally sound. Champion reliability, performance, and the admin experience, ensuring the platform earns & retains the trust of our enterprise customers.

Principal Product Manager – Platform

Analytics Engineer

• Serve as the customer’s trusted technical advisor by building relationships with champions and end-users through solution design, implementation guidance, and technical mentorship.
• Leverage customer relationships to perform constant discovery and uncover high-value, high-impact use case opportunities directly linked to the customer’s critical business workflows and objectives.
• Collaborate with the customer and account team to develop and execute strategic plans for adoption of Seeq and completion of key use cases addressing business objectives.
