About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build a pipeline through outbound prospecting into potential customers interested in Seeq or matching its ideal customer profile
  • Set meetings and qualify prospective customers through targeted questions about their business and time series data
  • Research target accounts and contacts to set quality meetings and create pipeline opportunities
  • Target new accounts through outbound calling and strategic email and social campaigns
  • Qualify customers on business strategy, goals, time series data challenges, and current technology
  • Manage and nurture quality leads by sharing Seeq content such as blogs, whitepapers, and webinars
  • Collaborate with Sales on prospecting strategies and account plans
  • Share feedback on messaging and tactics
  • Follow up on inbound leads to create meetings and opportunities
  • Track emails, calls, LinkedIn touches, MQLs, contacts, and account information in CRM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Take initiative to hit monthly targets, test new approaches, and share findings with the broader team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • A passion for technology and software sales
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Experience with outbound prospecting sales
  • Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external)
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Resourcefulness and results-driven operating style
  • Collaborative and coachable mindset while continuously improving your skills and impact
  • Ability to ask questions, gather information, and formulate an action plan to connect business needs to solutions
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, take initiative, and manage time effectively
  • Must be authorized to work in the country in which you reside
