• Own the end-to-end delivery of GRI-related initiatives, ensuring scalable solutions and successful customer adoption.

Graphics Designer

• Design both printed and digital assets such as white papers, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, social media posts, ads, sales and post sales collateral, industry event collateral, swag, and more.
• Collaborate closely with our design team to execute on concepts provided by the Marketing Design Manager and Senior Graphic Designer.
• Partner with the marketing team on larger cross-functional projects to ensure all goals and deadlines are being met.
• Implement feedback from stakeholders efficiently and accurately.
• Own certain design requests such as business card creation, custom flyer production, landing page creation, revisions to existing collateral, and other production design requests.
• Contribute to the evolution of Second Nature’s visual identity through team collaboration and documentation.
• Maintain file organization and naming conventions.

Graphic Designer

• Launch products with defined MVPs within 12 months, achieving adoption and revenue targets (e.g., % of units enrolled) validated through customer discovery and pilot testing.
• Define and achieve product-market fit milestones, including target user adoption rates, NPS ≥ 55 from residents and property managers, and qualitative evidence (via user interviews) that the product is "must-have" rather than "nice-to-have."
• Drive reliability and success rates to target thresholds (e.g., reduction in failed ACH transactions, NSF incidents, or chargeback rates by a target %), maintaining or improving resident and property manager satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS).
• Build a discovery and experimentation process that produces at least two validated product hypotheses per quarter through user research, prototypes, and controlled A/B tests, informing roadmap prioritization and reducing execution risk.
• Conduct ongoing discovery with residents, property managers, and internal teams to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs.
• Synthesize research, user feedback, and market data to build a compelling product narrative and business case for each new initiative; communicate findings clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and test multiple product hypotheses via wireframes, prototypes, and early-stage pilots; manage the learning cycle to rapidly converge on product-market fit while knowing when to pivot.
