About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
- Execute sourcing strategies using a mix of outbound, inbound, and referral pipelines
- Deliver strong candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process
- Maintain structured, well-documented hiring processes in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager
Requirements
- 4+ years of in-house recruitment experience across Engineering and Product. Proven success hiring in fast-paced, agile environments (BPO experience not applicable)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Exceptionally organized with a focus on process and follow-through
