About the role
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for Registered Dietitians, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process
- Positive Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Lead recruitment with a focus on hiring contractors and converting them to full-time staff
- High-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor, providing guidance and constructive pushback when needed
- Manage day-to-day activities and candidate pipelines with a sense of urgency
- Conduct research and creatively solve recruitment challenges
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience for clinical roles
- Registered Dietitian credential- preferred
- Experience with high volume recruitment, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency experience
- Self-motivated with an unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills to include influencing others and relationship management
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, displaying a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Proficient at using various recruitment tools and platforms (preferably Lever)
