• Full Recruitment Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for Registered Dietitians, including sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process
• Positive Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Lead recruitment with a focus on hiring contractors and converting them to full-time staff
• High-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor, providing guidance and constructive pushback when needed
• Manage day-to-day activities and candidate pipelines with a sense of urgency
• Conduct research and creatively solve recruitment challenges
