About the role

  • Identify, attract, and select accomplished leaders to become Vistage Executive Coaches, independent contractors who build and lead peer advisory groups of CEOs and business leaders
  • Conduct high-volume sourcing with 75% proactive outreach and 25% inbound candidates to build a strong pipeline
  • Educate prospects on the Chair role, guide them through a rigorous selection process, and set the stage for success as Vistage Chairs
  • Partner with field leadership to align recruiting with market growth strategies in the West
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast progress
  • Represent Vistage as a credible ambassador to candidates and the community

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in recruiting executive leadership talent in a competitive market
  • 10+ years of high-volume candidate selection best practices including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, and closing of high-level executive candidates
  • Ability to understand and convey opportunity complexity in a polished and professional manner
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust, credibility, and influence with accomplished leaders
  • Proven ability to balance high-volume outreach with discerning candidate selection focused on long-term success
  • Excellent candidate management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Tenacity, resilience, and ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, and/or applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
