About the role
- Source candidates daily using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, and referrals
- Cold call and directly engage candidates to build strong pipelines
- Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Prepare polished candidate profiles and submit them through our ATS
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications with Account Managers
- Meet and exceed weekly targets for resume submissions, interviews, and placements
- Track candidate pipelines, update ATS records, and provide regular reporting on progress
- Act as a professional brand ambassador for AlphaHire with every candidate interaction
- Drive candidate pipelines for U.S.-based roles and present candidates to Account Managers
- Follow U.S. staffing best practices and performance metrics
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (U.S. staffing agency or BPO recruitment highly preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (strong written and spoken skills in both)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or similar sourcing tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet performance targets
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (CST) consistently
- Must be a resident of Mexico
