About the role
- Own the systems, tools, data, and coordination that make our hiring engine run
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless process from first touch to onboarding
- Manage and optimize our ATS and recruiting tools, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and adoption
- Coordinate interviews for all open roles, delivering a flawless candidate experience and timely communication
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights on pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source effectiveness
- Partner with recruiters on sourcing initiatives, generating qualified candidate lists, and tracking outreach results
- Create offer letters, ensure all pre-hire steps are completed, and support onboarding programs
- Document and improve recruiting processes, building repeatable workflows that scale with the company
Requirements
- 3+ years in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar role in a high-growth environment
- Comfortable managing and optimizing an ATS (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and other recruiting tools
- Strong organizational skills and an exceptional eye for detail
- Data-driven and able to translate recruiting metrics into clear, actionable recommendations
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
