About the role
- Manage full recruiting life-cycle for multiple requisitions
- Actively source talent using creative techniques (job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs, networking, community organizations)
- Provide high-touch candidate experience and ownership of candidate, interviewer and hiring manager experiences
- Schedule and coordinate multiple screening calls, follow-ups and onsite interviews
- Manage all interview logistics including booking travel and accommodations, preparing interview rooms, coordinating interviews and debriefs
- Administer offline candidate assessment tools and exercises
- Conduct post-interview outreach and communicate next steps, logistics, and follow-up questions
- Uphold ATS-driven logistics policies and practices
- Own job postings and draft offer letters
- Research and nurture sustainable candidate pools and problem-solve open positions with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
- Have structured conversations with candidates to assess knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Perform other duties as directed by TA leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience ideally in a fast-paced retail, automotive, agency or high volume environment
- Significant, highly productive experience in recruitment, retail, professional services, or customer service environments
- Proven sourcing skills using job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs, networking, and community organizations
- Passion for learning recruiting trends and early adopter of recruiting technologies and tools
- Expert at leveraging social recruiting resources and in-house tools to identify and recruit top candidates
- Strong focus on candidate experience and high-touch communications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Team player willing to 'roll-up your sleeves' and get the job done
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to multitask and switch priorities frequently
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with high accuracy despite interruptions
