• Scale fleet service sales in relevant markets and industries: manage the sales funnel from prospecting and identifying leads and/or taking over pre-qualified leads from the sales development representative team, to presenting service offerings, negotiating terms and conditions and closing the deals
• Understand customers’ service needs and how AutoNation Mobile Service is the most efficient and cost-effective solution.
• Align service agreements with all relevant fleet staff members and related partners (I.e. fleet management companies, authorized individuals, etc...)
• Attend or closely monitor initial services to ensure a smooth process
• Identify opportunities to optimize performance and maximize satisfaction of new accounts, particularly during the initial phase, working closely with both the customer and internal team members

• Partner with Market and Store leadership to drive improved Variable Operations results
• Ensure that General Managers and Sales Managers know how to implement, coach, train and execute AutoNation Sales Processes
• Conduct in-store visits and work one-on-one with GMs and Sales Managers
• Analyze available data to determine areas of opportunity in a store and market
• Work with Phone and eCommerce Teams to maximize results
• Keep Market President updated on store best practices and opportunities for improvement

Retail Ops Development Manager

Director

• Monitor sales & gross performance associated with large accounts and set targets at national and regional levels in collaboration with corporate and local parts wholesale teams
• Maintain the relationship with the large accounts’ corporate procurement teams
• Quarterly performance review with the large accounts team
• Monthly check ins / reviews on level of service / returns / other operational issues with the large accounts’ team
• Internal weekly review of sales performance vs. target by account
• Internal monthly review of gross performance vs. target by account
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships, with corporate agreements or local agreements, via increase in existing brands sales and cross-selling for other brands currently not sold
• Requires collaboration with large accounts’ corporate procurement teams to lay out opportunity analysis and prep to negotiations to land new/renewed agreements
• In collaboration with AutoNation regional sales & business development managers, maintain the relationship with the large accounts’ regional/local procurement teams

• Architect and design enterprise software solutions that are aligned with AutoNation’s strategic architecture
• Posses in-depth knowledge of the technical area supervised and serve as the technical resource to the team
• Lead delivery teams to implement enterprise software solutions including managing work assignments
• Work with the PMO for project planning, estimation, execution and budget management

• Work closely with the Scrum Master to maintain the project backlog and drive process improvement
