Manage the full recruitment cycle for business roles, from kick-off to offer
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple European markets. Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process
Build recruitment best practices, as well as hiring expertise working closely with our leaders and training team members
Ensure timely, accurate updates in our ATS and track and share key hiring metrics
Deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and stakeholders
Contribute to our Employer branding strategy building working with our People and Marketing Teams
Requirements
3+ years of experience in recruitment
Extensive experience with niche business roles, including finance, legal, payments, customer success, or similar domains
Passion for quality and delivery. You enjoy looking for hard-to-find talent and fill complex positions
Desire to drive projects with multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability and a results-driven mindset: you have great communication skills and tailor your approaches to the business context and hiring manager’s needs
Proactivity in offering the best possible hiring experience, and tackling any bottlenecks along the process
