Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for preliminary accounting for all bunch companies, primarily using our spend management system (Moss)
• Ensure that data required for monthly closings is delivered on time and support accounts payable management
• Contribute to bunch’s growth by participating in strategic finance projects
• Work closely with the Head of Finance & Tax and the Finance & Accounting Manager to align accounting and FP&A
• Coordinate with external tax advisors handling accounting, annual financial statements, and tax matters for the bunch companies
• Collaborate with bunch’s automation team at the interface between finance, operations, and automation

Accounting Manager

• Preparation of accurate investor reports including performance metrics (IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVP, etc.), NAV and carried interest calculations.
• Responsibility for annual financial statements including notes, close coordination with auditors.
• Conduct reviews of accounting data, reconciliations and valuation checks.
• Collaboration with product and engineering teams to further standardise and automate our processes.
• Support portfolio valuations, waterfall calculations and reviews of capital calls, distributions and management fee calculations.
• Proactive, reliable communication with GPs, LPs and internal teams (operations, tech).
• Work closely with the tax team on tax-related matters.
