• Lead the design and delivery of complex product features and platform systems, from scoping and architecture through production and iteration.
• Establish engineering patterns and standards for the team: how we build, test, observe, and iterate across both product and platform work.

Senior Engineer – Technical Staff

Engineer

• Build and ship product features and platform improvements across our stack.

Engineer – Technical Staff

Operations

• Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling across multiple teams and functions
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Manage onsite interview logistics and create a seamless in-office candidate experience
• Serve as a primary administrator for our ATS (Ashby), including pipeline setup, workflows, scorecards, templates, and reporting
• Maintain recruiting data hygiene and ensure systems are accurate, organized, and scalable
• Build and improve recruiting workflows, SOPs, documentation, and operational processes
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the hiring process and proactively implement improvements
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve recruiting operations and reduce manual work
• Maintain recruiting dashboards and track key hiring metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
• Help manage recruiting tools and vendor relationships including LinkedIn Recruiter, background check vendors, scheduling tools, and other recruiting platforms
• Troubleshoot operational and systems issues as they arise and act as a reliable point of contact for recruiting operations support

Talent Operations Partner

Revenue Operations

• Own pipeline stage governance and CRM data hygiene end-to-end: define stage definitions and entry/exit criteria, build enforcement mechanisms in Salesforce, and drive toward 95% hygiene adherence. Define and maintain rules of engagement for lead ownership, nurture policies, and routing logic in partnership with sales leadership
• Lead new tool assessments with a focus on AI-native GTM solutions: evaluate the landscape, build and test AI-native workflows and agents, make structured recommendations, and implement what gets approved
• Own the GTM analytics layer for the sales motion: build and maintain pipeline and win rate analysis (SQO-to-close conversion by AE, segment, and period), real-time revenue dashboards with ARR and deal metrics, and ad hoc analyses for sales leadership and RevOps. Contribute to WBR and QBR data preparation
• Maintain and iterate on the lead scoring model and list management for SDRs, support SDR capacity modeling, and partner with marketing ops on the lead enrichment pipeline (Clay, Fintrix, SignalHire) and routing SLAs
• Partner with sales management on call coaching: maintain the SDR/AE call transcription and rubric scoring system, surface patterns and insights that help managers identify coaching opportunities
• Own territory design and maintenance as the AE team scales from 10 to 30+: model geographic coverage, define account carving and pod structure, resolve conflicts, and keep territory aligned with the growth plan. Collaborate with Finance on compensation calculations and attainment tracking
• Own Salesforce configuration and administration for the sales org: field architecture, flows, page layouts, validation rules, and process automation. Maintain data integrity across connected systems (HubSpot, Savvy CRM, PandaDoc, BigQuery, Zapier) and own the roadmap for what gets built and in what order

Senior Revenue Operations Manager

• Own the GTM strategy and planning layer across Sales and Marketing: revenue forecasting, capacity planning, quota setting, campaign performance attribution, and the Weekly Business Review narrative that connects it all for leadership
• Serve as the strategic link between Marketing and Sales by defining lead routing rules, SQO-to-close conversion standards, channel CAC reporting, and the feedback loops that ensure GTM investment translates to pipeline quality
• Govern the full GTM tech stack across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and analytics, including the HubSpot-Salesforce integration, data hygiene standards, and the architecture decisions that keep Sales and Marketing working from a single source of truth
• Partner with the AI and engineering teams to build proprietary internal tooling that increases throughput across the sales motions
• Define and enforce the rules of the game: pipeline stage governance, territory design, rules of engagement between Sales and Marketing, and the process frameworks that let the revenue org scale without breaking
• Own post-sales operations: onboarding handoffs, NRR and expansion pipeline tracking, tooling, and workflow automations
• Manage and develop a team of 3 RevOps specialists across marketing ops, sales ops, and post-sales operations.

Director, Revenue Operations

Accounting Manager

• Lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Oversee critical daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and expense management.
• Leverage AI tools to execute core accounting workflows and reduce manual work.
• Assist in the administration and optimization of the financial tech stack (e.g., transitioning from Quickbooks to AI-native ERP, managing tools like Numeric, Brex and Navan).
• Serve as a key liaison for external auditors, preparing work papers, schedules and technical accounting memos to prepare for the first financial audit.
• Collaborate closely with FP&A, People and Legal teams to ensure data integrity and support department-level budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with tax research and compliance, including 1099s.
