• Work directly with advisors and internal stakeholders to understand onboarding requirements, migrate data, and build custom solutions that accelerate their success on Savvy

• Lead high-priority initiatives from end to end: scoping, research, stakeholder alignment, execution, and iteration.

• Own the onboarding operating system. Map and optimize the end-to-end advisor onboarding journey from signature to payout and expansion
• Unify data & tooling. Drive a single source of truth for post-sale data in Salesforce (and adjacent systems).
• Workflow automation. Build and maintain automations for document collection, task orchestration, status alerts, and milestone tracking (e.g., Salesforce flows + Make/n8n/Zapier).
• Contracting & payouts support. Partner with Deal Desk/Finance on CLM/CPQ workflows, compensation/payout accuracy, and exception handling; design guardrails that reduce rework.

Revenue Operations Manager

Performance Marketing

• Develop and execute the end-to-end demand generation strategy for our B2B advisor recruiting motion, aligning with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Own and manage multi-channel campaigns, including paid social, SEM, email marketing, content syndication, webinars, and virtual/in-person events.
• Build, test, and optimize lead nurturing programs and marketing automation workflows to move prospects through the funnel.
• Partner closely with the Strategic Growth (Sales) team to ensure seamless lead handoff, optimize the MQL-to-SQL conversion rate, and gather feedback on lead quality.
