Associate

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative support of Savvy wealth managers, providing exceptional client service and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Own best-in-class execution of all client tasks, requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Proactively seek out opportunities to improve Savvy's internal procedures in pursuit of the best advisor and client experience.
• Streamline new client prospecting, closing, and onboarding processes including meeting preparation, obtaining account and investment strategy documentation, and driving account creation and transfers.
• Assist advisors by executing investment transactions and fulfilling account billing & performance reporting tasks.
• Work closely with other professional advisors such as CPAs, estate planning attorneys, business managers, insurance agents, and more.

Senior Client Associate

General

• Own the end-to-end transition of assigned advisors’ books across custodians, from paperwork generation through completed account transfers.
• Prepare, validate, and submit account paperwork with a low NIGO (not-in-good-order) rate, catching data issues before they cause delays.
• Run data preparation and validation to ensure accuracy
• Act as the dedicated day-to-day point of contact for transitioning advisors, communicating proactively and keeping each transition on schedule.
• Coordinate across custodians, vendors, and internal teams (Operations, Product, Client Servicing) to unblock transitions.
• Balance multiple concurrent transitions while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and staying adaptive in a rapidly evolving environment.

Client Transition Specialist

Application Engineer

• Own vulnerability management end to end: identify, triage, prioritize by real-world risk, and drive remediation to closure across our product, codebases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare)
• Build and operate our AppSec tooling pipeline: secrets scanning in CI and at the git layer, SCA/dependency scanning with triage SLAs, and SAST rollout on our most sensitive repos, tuned for signal over noise
• Set and enforce security hygiene standards within our codebases, including code review standards that explicitly account for AI-generated code (authorship transparency, mandatory human review on security-sensitive paths)
• Partner with our internal AI team to design guardrails that keep AI-assisted development, including vibe coding by non-technical builders, safe by default: sanctioned tooling, data handling boundaries, dependency vetting, and secure defaults for AI-built integrations
• Secure the SaaS stack: harden configurations, review OAuth grants and third-party integrations, reduce misconfiguration risk across platforms like Google Workspace, GitHub, Rippling, and Slack
• Help establish conditional access and identity-layer controls in partnership with IT (SSO, phishing-resistant MFA, managed-device posture)

• Own the Advisor Onboarding Journey: Execute a seamless end-to-end onboarding process for advisors transitioning their practice to Savvy.
• Sales-to-Activation Handoff: Collaborate with the Growth team to ensure a smooth handoff; optimize advisor onboarding with key milestones that maximize impact in the first 90 days.
• Enable Early Adoption: Deliver initial training and resources that empower advisors to quickly leverage Savvy’s software, tools, and financial products.
• Deliver Speed to Revenue: Drive revenue results for the company by onboarding advisors quickly. Act as a day-to-day contact for advisors during the transition process.

• Lead and develop the Client Marketing team — managers, associates, and a growth marketing function — while making AI leverage a core expectation of how the team works and how people progress in their careers.
• Own the operating model: map the full campaign surface area (branding and DBA launches, lead generation, webinars, events, content, and advisor onboarding) and rebuild it into playbooks, templates, and automated or agentic workflows that make execution faster, more consistent, and more scalable.
• Drive AUM-per-marketer efficiency: define and own the metrics that show marketing is getting more leverage per dollar of cost, and hit them by deploying tooling and automation rather than defaulting to headcount.
• Stay ahead of the tooling: continuously evaluate new AI capabilities, pressure-test them against real advisor workflows, and pull the ones that work into the team's day-to-day before it's obvious to do so.

• Lead and develop the Client Marketing team: managers, associates, and a growth marketing function focused on paid media programs across the advisor base.
• Oversee function-wide strategic planning, capacity planning, own the team performance system, and training and development for your managers and ICs.
• Own campaign quality and playbook development across every campaign type the team runs: branding and DBA launches, lead generation, webinars, in-person events, content, and advisor onboarding. You set the standard for what great looks like in each category and build the playbooks that make execution more consistent and scalable.
• Build and scale the growth marketing infrastructure that helps advisors grow their business through paid efforts: own the program strategy, manage budgets and spend allocation, and build the systems that make paid marketing a repeatable, scalable growth channel for the advisor base.
• Own senior XFN relationships across Advisor Success, Growth, Product, and Compliance. On the sales side, you're in the room with top prospects representing what the marketing offering looks like and why it's a competitive advantage for their practice.
