About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and ship product features and platform improvements across our stack.
Use AI tooling to move faster, write better code, and bring new techniques back to the team.
Own the end-to-end development lifecycle on your work.
Produce production-grade, readable, maintainable code with good testing discipline.
Partner with Product, Design, Data, and business stakeholders to define scope, de-risk execution, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
Work directly with our customers (financial advisors) to learn their workflows and needs from the source.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience.
You use AI tools actively in your daily workflow: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
Experience building and shipping web applications with clear business impact: frontend, backend, or fullstack.
Solid full-stack understanding; comfortable working across the stack.
Clear communicator who collaborates well cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup environment.
