• Audit coordination - Lead the day-to-day relationship with our co-outsourced internal audit function and external auditors — from audit planning and information gathering to reviewing programs and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. Track audit findings and support management in driving remediation plans to completion.
• Senior stakeholder reporting - Keep senior management well-informed of audit progress; oversee the completion of audit action plans.
• Financial analytical reviews - Run monthly analytical reviews of the balance sheet and P&L of Luxembourg entities, ensuring data accuracy for key stakeholders.
