Marketing Intern – Welfare Product

Payroll

• Lead the full monthly payroll cycle across Luxembourg entities and employees based in Spain or other jurisdictions, ensuring flawless accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Perform all payroll inputs (hires, terminations, bonuses, leave management, adjustments) and guarantee adherence to Luxembourgish, Spanish, and other applicable tax, social security, and labor regulations.
• Contribute to annual salary review and bonus cycles through data preparation and validation. Administer local benefits programs (health insurance, pension schemes, lunch vouchers) and support competitive benchmarking efforts for Luxembourg and Spain.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other contractual documents in line with local standards. Oversee the employee lifecycle related to payroll, benefits, and equity programs from onboarding to offboarding.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports (headcount, payroll costs, equity participation), contribute to HR process improvement initiatives, support systems implementation, and assist during internal and external audits.

Senior HR Specialist, Payroll & Operations

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the Compliance Officer in charge of the Compliance function in implementing and maintaining a robust Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Perform second-line of-defense controls, highlight weaknesses, and issue recommendations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with existing and new investment products, including the risks presented by crypto-assets.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise the Authorised Management and the Product teams on business impacts.
• Contribute to the regulatory strategy and support future license extension processes.
• Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining compliance policies.
• Support in timely and accurate regulatory reporting, including the CSSF annual questionnaire on financial crime.

• Provide expert, strategic guidance on projects and products that impact personal data protection, ensuring alignment with Satispay’s goals and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure data processing activities comply with GDPR and other relevant privacy laws, while actively contributing to strategic business objectives.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to embed data protection awareness across all teams.
• Ensure thorough data privacy due diligence and risk assessments for third-party vendors, helping maintain robust compliance standards.
• Maintain and update detailed records of data processing activities. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive data protection policies, procedures, and frameworks that adapt to evolving business needs.
