Market Development Partner – Welfare

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate sales-qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and strategic online meetings
- Develop new business opportunities with Large Enterprise Employers
- Build a robust pipeline of mid and large enterprise prospects
- Effectively utilize CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage activities
- Collaborate on growth strategies to exceed lead generation targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year of experience in outbound sales
- Strong commercial attitude and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and outbound tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator)
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Eligibility under employment protection laws (L.68/99)
