About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the legal implementation of the regulatory framework on internal governance and central administration

Requirements

What you’ll need

7 to 10 years of experience built in top-tier Luxembourg or international law firms
Significant in-house experience in regulated Fintech, Banking, or Insurance companies
Deep understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory landscape
Proven track record in managing complex corporate governance structures
Ability to balance strict regulatory requirements with business agility
Fluent in English; Knowledge of French and Italian is considered a plus
