About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the legal implementation of the regulatory framework on internal governance and central administration
- Support relevant corporate bodies to ensure that decision-making processes are legally sound
- Direct the legal management of the Board of Directors and relevant committees
- Proactively identify governance upgrades as the company scales
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7 to 10 years of experience built in top-tier Luxembourg or international law firms
- Significant in-house experience in regulated Fintech, Banking, or Insurance companies
- Deep understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory landscape
- Proven track record in managing complex corporate governance structures
- Ability to balance strict regulatory requirements with business agility
- Fluent in English; Knowledge of French and Italian is considered a plus
