About the role

  • Identify and engage qualified talent to build talent pipelines aligned to Sanofi’s hiring needs
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively identify qualified talent for critical roles
  • Act as first point of contact for recruiters
  • Source for Europe region spanning 10+ countries and manage high-volume hiring needs (region historically 6000+ hires)
  • Maintain and engage a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various channels
  • Support Sourcing lead in relationship management with staffing agencies, job boards and other channels
  • Provide market mapping data in collaboration with talent insights team and present data to business leaders to influence hiring decisions
  • Deliver world-class candidate experience

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with proven track record in global recruitment
  • Experience leading and managing global recruitment teams and operating within a global business services environment
  • Exceptional record of sourcing for pharma profiles
  • Ability to scan the market to identify key profiles
  • Ability to engage with talent and keep them warm
  • Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations
  • Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Search and sourcing skills
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems
  • Fluent in English and German
