About the role
- Identify and engage qualified talent to build talent pipelines aligned to Sanofi’s hiring needs
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to proactively identify qualified talent for critical roles
- Act as first point of contact for recruiters
- Source for Europe region spanning 10+ countries and manage high-volume hiring needs (region historically 6000+ hires)
- Maintain and engage a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various channels
- Support Sourcing lead in relationship management with staffing agencies, job boards and other channels
- Provide market mapping data in collaboration with talent insights team and present data to business leaders to influence hiring decisions
- Deliver world-class candidate experience
Requirements
- Highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with proven track record in global recruitment
- Experience leading and managing global recruitment teams and operating within a global business services environment
- Exceptional record of sourcing for pharma profiles
- Ability to scan the market to identify key profiles
- Ability to engage with talent and keep them warm
- Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations
- Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Search and sourcing skills
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems
- Fluent in English and German
