About the role
- Provide project management support to scientific writers for end-to-end delivery of publications and medical education deliverables
- Initiate and amend submissions based on comments and support required submission/compliance/approval activities
- Support internal and external stakeholder communication and collaborate with scientific communication and medical content teams
- Track delivery of activities, manage issues and risks, and support follow-up
- Maintain and update publication management tools (e.g., iEnvision, PromoMats, DAM) for approvals/compliance
- Support management of assigned publications/medical education within agreed budget and manage external spend tracking (approvals, purchase orders, goods received)
- Ensure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls
- Maintain relationships with medical scientific community within allocated Global Business Unit and product
- Lead and develop SBO operations associates and contribute to tools/technology/process improvements
- Ensure publication/medical education materials delivered and stored per timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- 3-5 years post qualification experience
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Project management skills
- Scientific/Medical writing/communications experience
- Pharma experience (therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure and/or publication submission)
- University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science)
- Relevant advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline desirable
- Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
