About the role
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and services
- Stimulate participant enrollment for certain retirement programs and provide client support
- Collaborate with marketing team and other departments
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop, implement, and track direct to consumer marketing initiatives
- Manage follow-up with prospects from webinars and workshops and maintain CRM data
- Support end-to-end campaign execution and event logistics
- Provide onboarding support and troubleshoot participant issues and enable advisors with scheduling
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field within financial services industry
- Retirement recordkeeping background a preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, DC Pro, Photoshop)
- Advanced excel experience preferred (v-lookups, pivot tables, macros)
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
