About the role

  • Serve as the customer’s relationship manager and point of contact from purchase through onboarding
  • Work autonomously under an Onboarding Manager to achieve monthly activation goals and prioritize work
  • Leverage Toast product knowledge and project management skills to partner with restaurant owners during Go‑Live and build onboarding plans
  • Create best practices for daily restaurant operations to manage labor, food costs, table turn time, and guest relationships
  • Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs and communicate to project resources
  • Perform remote onboarding while documenting installation and deviations from Toast best practices
  • Create and lead onboarding training for entire restaurant staff focused on operational efficiencies
  • Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously, including large books (80+ restaurants)
  • Provide remote Go‑Live support, post-live guidance, troubleshooting, and follow-up training

Requirements

  • Bilingual/Fluent in Korean & English required
  • Experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry
  • 3+ years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations (e.g., Restaurant GM)
  • Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills
  • 1+ years of experience using a POS software (nice to have)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (nice to have)
  • Experience working in the tech industry or for a SAAS company (nice to have)
  • Training, teaching, or development experience (nice to have)
