About the role
- Develop, own, and execute comprehensive internal communications strategies, campaigns, and resources to advance the Sanofi/Specialty Care narrative
- Design and implement the SPC senior leader communication and engagement strategy aligned with business objectives
- Plan and prioritize GBU-wide visibility with Specialty Care product communications, ensuring messaging alignment to Sanofi strategy
- Implement a standardized internal communications model in preparation for 40+ potential launches over the next five years
- Lead creation and distribution of content across town halls, Viva Engage, intranet, and digital platforms
- Partner with Global Corporate Communications to cascade One Sanofi content and elevate Specialty Care milestones to Corporate
- Equip senior leaders with consistent messaging, develop executive communication plans, craft leadership messages, and coach senior leaders
- Establish and maintain a feedback loop between employees and senior leadership to incorporate employee voice
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness of internal communications and senior leader engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor\u2019s degree required; master\u2019s degree preferred in communications, journalism, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive communications experience with significant leadership responsibility
- Demonstrated success leading internal communications for a global organization, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate business strategy into communications approaches
- Outstanding leadership presence with ability to influence and advise C-suite executives
- Proven track record managing complex communications challenges and crisis situations
- Strong understanding of digital communications and evolving media landscape
- Experience leading and developing high-performing global teams
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, global matrix organization
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, regulatory environment, and stakeholder landscape
