- Set the strategic direction for Transformation & Change across all branches
- Partner with Sales, Service Realization, and Business Development teams to launch new offerings and drive growth
- Inspire and mentor leaders, developing future Practice Leads and guiding cross-branch collaboration
- Serve as the go-to escalation point for offerings, ensuring exceptional client experience
- Shape the future of the portfolio by rolling out innovations, developing roadmaps, and creating case studies
- Lead large-scale technical opportunities, influencing both delivery and client success
- Manage financial performance, ensuring efficiency, growth, and profitability
Requirements
- 20+ years of C-suite level consulting experience, preferably Big 4 or Elite 3
- 10+ years of management experience
- 10+ years of experience leading and directing transformations over $100M+
- 10+ years of experience building offerings and managing profitable portfolios
- 10+ years of experience driving enterprise-scale management and growth
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Exceptional business development expertise and proven success in winning major opportunities
- Strong technical understanding and credibility with both business and IT stakeholders
- Passion for the evolution of the MSP space and enthusiasm for innovation and digital transformation
- Proven leader with initiative and a calm, client-focused presence
- Ability to build and innovate in fast-moving, complex environments
